QA configuration

Configure your quality system using an intuitive graphical, drag&drop functionality

Defining the quality plan based on external QA measurements the QA process provides a higher ROI in production. This is done in by securing the number of returns in delivery due to low quality is reduced to a minimum and by reducing over performance in quality. The first is an obvious cost but the latter is also a heavy cost due to unnecessary use of materials and labor resources.

The QA also integrates internal QA requirements to subcontractors and suppliers. The requirements are included the process as mandatory steps where approved documentation needs to follow the incoming materials. In case of return of goods from customers the company can then recourse some of their costs to a subcontractor or supplier if their materials did not meet the requirements.

QA configuration

Operator QA module configuration includes setup of test specifications and sample plans per product, in-production sample testing and reporting and sample collection for laboratory testing. QA module will integrate all requirements put on the company from surrounding environment both external and internal QA requirements, i.e. in case of goods return from customers the company can recourse some of their costs to a subcontractor or supplier if their materials did not meet the requirements.

Implementing a standard QA process replaces manual paperwork thus saving the cost on manpower and increases efficiency and flexibility.
