Keep your finger on the pulse

With the Operator Platform, you can keep an eye on the status of the machines, the process efficiency and the progress of the order fulfillment. All in (almost) real-time, based on real production data.

Cooperation of operators and machines

You can report production progress both automatically and via MES screens. The data acquired from the machines via the OPC UA server is enriched by the information entered on the terminals. Production employees know exactly what needs to be done and when.

Support your Maintenance

Monitor and respond to unforeseen events in production. With the Operator Maintenance module, Maintenance Technicians receive information about breakdowns and outages directly on their mobile device. The response follows a defined workflow.

1. Pre-study

The first stage of our projects. We analyze your current situation and goals. We get to know your production. As a result, we provide a Design Document – a clear plan for implementing the system.

3. Roll-out

One of the elements of our implementations is the creation of Roll-out Instructions. With it, you can extend the system to other areas by your own efforts with the support of our team.

2. Agile implementation

We always suggest to start the project from the selected production area. As a result, we quickly verify assumptions and deliver the first measurable results.

4. Maintenance and development

The Operator platform is regularly updated. With each update, you get access to fixes, improvements and new features. If you need it – we also offer SLA (Service Level Agreement).
