Two levels of support

Our services do not end with implementation. Using Operator’s products and solutions, you can count on comprehensive technical assistance and product support. Support services are provided by telephone, e-mail and the Internet.

Operator Systems proposes that all customers sign a service contract, consisting of a technical support agreement and a software upgrade agreement with access to new versions and releases. The operator offers two levels of support: standard and premium.

Operator Suport System – Access to the Operator support systems requires logging in and signing a statement of services agreement with the Operator.
